INSTRUCTIONS prepare the cake fat and prepare a round mold of 6.7 inches in diameter. preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius or 356 degrees Fahrenheit. Sieve the flour with the salt, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda. mashed bananas and carrots in a blender. mix the liquid ingredients together ie the banana-carrot puree, water and oil. add the Demerara sugar to this liquid mixture and mix well.
